If you are not satisfied with the first session of any of our classes or courses, you may request a full refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
If you discontinue the course after watching only one video, you are eligible for a full refund.
If more than one video is viewed, it will be considered that you have engaged with the course content, and no refund will be issued.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the payment date or 2 days from the session date, whichever is earlier.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
You may repeat the course within the next two scheduled sessions. After that, repeat access will no longer be available.
Once your refund request is approved, access to all course materials, sessions, and resources will be revoked immediately.
